Home-Work Contractor Referral

Thanks to all of you who have sent us feedback about our service. We are glad to know that we are helping home and building owners with their projects! Here are some comments we have received over the past five and a half years.

August 2002: "The landscaping company has now completed the work we contracted to them in a fastidious and timely manner. Even though the temperatures were in the 30's they worked long hours and were polite, conscientious, and orderly. They cleaned up after themselves each day plus after each application, nothing was delivered until it was needed (so no pallets or piles of sand/rock on the road for days). Jason came regularly to check on the work in progress and consulted with us, his brain-storming was an immense asset to us as he knew what would look good and changed ideas as we went. We are very pleased with the end result, they did a great job and we would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you!" -Angy and Mike Moore

July 2002: "This is just to advise you that our basement renovation is complete and we are extremely happy with the company you recommended, the workmanship and the final product. May/June 2002: "Our project consisted of a new roof, soffit, fascia, eaves trough, window cladding, new front and rear entry doors complete with frames, new windows for three bedrooms, removal of the old exterior finish (stucco/wood siding), new insulation and vinyl siding. Our corner lot provided the area with an ongoing display of the trades-people and they have not disappointed anyone with the end result! WOW! Does the place look sharp now. All the neighbors are much impressed. All in all, the crew has done a great job and my wife and I will be most willing to recommend this company as a capable, reliable business. December 2001: "I know it's been a long while since we had visited your site but I just wanted to let you know that we did hire a roofing contractor to work on our home this fall. We had contacted your service this spring/summer for a
roofing contractor but had run into budget setbacks later in the season. We
eventually had our finances back in order and in November we had them come & re-shingle our roof for us. We were extremely pleased with their efficiency, proficiency & the overall professionalism with the entire project. We have told everyone who has admired our new roof: A) which roofing company we hired and, B) what method of research we used to find our roofer - Homework! Thank you so much for all your help!" -R. August 2001: "My renovation has now been completed and I would like to let you know how pleased I was with the caliber of the work. I had two different companies contact me that were referred from your services and I decided to go with one of them. I originally set out to do the renovation in the May/June timeframe but unfortunately was unaware of the requirements for a development permit because of the area of the city which I live in. Construction was delayed until I was able to obtain the proper permits but fortunately your contractor was aware of what I was going through and was able to schedule the commencement of the work immediately after I obtained the permits. During the construction I was very pleased with how easy it all went. I had heard all the horror stories about renovations and must confess that I never experienced any of these. Each day when I came home from work the site of the construction was cleaned up and had made excellent progress. The person who did most of the actual work was meticulous and took a lot of pride in his work. When it was all done I wondered why I hadn't done it before since it looked so great and made such a huge difference in my outdoor living area. I would highly recommend your company to anyone else who was contemplating a similar type of renovation." -Deborah Whitton
